Hi, is it possible to change your tier after it has been installed in your home if it is not enough mbps to do the things you would like it to? Also, if you have an existing landline phone can you keep your same number? Is it considered a landline still? Will it work even when power is out like current landlines? Thank you! Very excited about actual, reliable internet!
