Just curious why there seem ps to be so much delay already, first thing I saw was construction would begin in May and phase 1 would be done by the end of the year. Then it was June 18, the pic you posted shows yet another week of delays with the project having started on June 25th and now I see reference to phase 1 being complete early 2019.
