Ralph Chastin: Our primary goal is to provide a superior service on day 1, and we are taking the proper steps to ensure quality and dependability over speed of deployment. We have a testing period prior to the first connections, and we must ensure the system is fully ready before we launch. With that said, Phase 1 connections are expected to start in January 2019, and the first connections for Phase 2 are expected to start in July 2019 and run through early 2020. The timing of future phases is being planned now and is dependent on multiple factors.
