I have some questions in regards to your comment below that you’ll connect members that have a signed contract in phase one once the backbone construction has been completed.
1. Where and when do we sign contracts?
2. What is considered the backbone construction?
3. What is the tap fee to actually connect to the fiber? I have heard some numbers from other areas and most of them are well outside what seems reasonable or affordable once again limiting those that can get high speed Internet.
