Brummetts Creek 105: Construction is nearing completion. Drops and activations are expected to start in June 2022 and continue throughout summer of 2022.
Carp 102: The aerial construction is complete, and the underground construction is nearing completion. Weather and rock have caused delays getting the underground completed. Splicing should finish by late June. Drops are expected to start once splicing is completed.

continue through spring.

Franklin: Distribution
construction complete, drops/activations have started and are expected to be completed in June of 2022.
Mount Carmel: Distribution
construction is 90% complete. Splicing has
begun. Completion may be delayed until mid-fall
because of delays in a special ordered piece of equipment.
Stinesville North: Distribution construction is 80% complete. Splicing has begun and acceptance testing should begin in July. Drops and activations are expected to start in late August of 2022.
Modesto: Distribution construction began in May; drops are anticipated to start in late fall.
Backbone: We continue to construct
backbone fiber throughout our system ahead of the distribution fiber. The
backbone is used to interconnect our substations enabling smart grid technology
to improve the safety and reliability of our electric distribution system. In
addition, it provides the fiber connectivity from our headend to your home.
Construction is currently focusing on building backbone along the southern and
northern portions of our system to create “rings.” These rings provide
redundant paths from the substations back to our headend. This means that
if one path, for some reason, gets cut, the system will automatically redirect
traffic to the backup path and prevent a service outage to our electric
distribution devices as well as your home.
