Construction Updates by Zone
Please see below for estimated timelines related to zones being constructed in 2023. Please remember that many factors could change these timelines!
In Service Zones:
Construction and drops are complete for the following zones:
Bean Blossom 101 & 102 | East Madison 103 & 104 | Park Ave 101 & 104 | Smithville – Rodeo |

Our target is to provide service to any new
orders in these zones within 6-8 weeks of registering if weather allows.

Active Drops Construction:
The following areas are actively building drops:
- Spencer 101 except for Fish Creek Rd. Distribution construction in this section is almost complete.
- Hart Lake 103 (one section of this zone is incomplete - we are actively pursuing options to serve these members.)
- Smithville – Stinesville North
- Smithville – Modesto
Construction – In Progress:
Spencer 101 (formerly North and South): All of Spencer 101 is currently under drop
construction.
Hart Lake: Distribution construction is almost
complete. The other area of Hart Lake is a combination
of feeders 101, 102, & 104. Those
are also nearing completion.
Cunot 104: Construction
is complete and splicing is ongoing. We anticipate drops starting in July.
Mooresville 101:
Construction has begun - pending permits, construction should be
completed in May. Drops to begin in late June or July.
Freedom: Construction of the backbone from our
territory boundary into UDWI territory is complete. Distribution construction is
complete in the area shown in red and splicing is happening now. We anticipate drops to begin in late June. The other highlighted areas are currently
under construction and will be completed in the next couple of months.
Smithville Partnership
Stinesville North:
Construction and splicing are complete, and
acceptance is nearly complete.
Smithville is currently building drops in this area.
Modesto: Construction
and splicing are complete, and acceptance is nearly complete. Smithville is currently building drops in
this area.
Indian Hills: Distribution
construction and splicing are complete. Testing
is in process. The acceptance process will follow construction completion. Drops and activations expected in June/July
2023.
Wayne: Distribution
construction is about 60% complete.
Drops should start in Aug/Sept 2023.
Devore: Distribution
construction is about 25% complete.
Drops should start in Sept/Oct. 2023.
Deckard Ridge:
Construction to begin in June.
Drops should start in Oct/Nov 2023.
